Yoga for Adults

Kundalini Yoga is a balanced blend of dynamic exercise, conscious breathing, and mindfulness. The classes emphasize moving at your own rhythm, pace, and ability, so are suitable for levels from beginners to advanced. The goal is to release everyday stresses and tensions. Taught by Yulan San, certified yoga instructor. Drop in to whatever session you are able.
