Kundalini Yoga is a balanced blend of dynamic exercise, conscious breathing, and mindfulness. The classes emphasize moving at your own rhythm, pace, and ability, so are suitable for levels from beginners to advanced. The goal is to release everyday stresses and tensions. Taught by Yulan San, certified yoga instructor. Payment is $21 for 3 classes or $10 for drop in.  Cash only. Buy tickets before or after yoga classes.
