3/1/19 – MAMMA MIA! - Yes, this is the first one! Meryl Streep and an all-star cast sing and entertain us with the story of love, parents, and life. Based on the songs of ABBA, this film will have you singing along! Rated PG-13.

3/8/19 – BOUNDARIES - Laura and her son Henry are forced to drive her estranged, pot-dealing, carefree father Jack across country after he's kicked out of a nursing home. Christopher Plummer stars in this timely film about aging, marijuana, and family conflicts. Rated R.

3/15/19 – A THOUSAND WORDS - Fast-talking Jack McCall says whatever it takes to close a deal. After stretching the truth with a spiritual guru, he suddenly finds his life depending on a magical tree with 1,000 leaves, one for every word he has left. Now Jack's got to stop talking and conjure up some outrageous ways to communicate or he's a goner! Eddie Murphy stars in this hilarious, feel-good comedy. Rated PG-13.

3/22/19 – MAMMA MIA, HERE WE GO AGAIN - The long-awaited sequel to the original! This time with an additional star as Cher portrays the grandmother of Sophie. Featuring the original cast and more great songs from ABBA. Rated PG.

3/29/19 - ALWAYS AT THE CARLYLE - An anecdotal history of the New York City hotel, The Carlyle, and its notable guests. Featuring George Clooney, Sofia Coppola, Tommy Lee Jones, Jeff Goldblum, Anjelica Huston, Wes Anderson, Lenny Kravitz, Naomi Campbell, Jon Hamm, and Anthony Bourdain. Documentary, rated PG-13.


ADULTS:  We have two options, afternoon or evening! The afternoon group is our new addition!!

The afternoon group will be meeting on the 2nd Wednesday of every month at 4:00 PM.  The April selection for the afternoon group is The Boys in the Boat by Daniel James Brown.  That discussion will take place on Wednesday, April 10th. Copies are available at the Circulation desk. Pick up a copy and join in!  

  The evening group will continue to meet on the fourth Thursday* of the month at 7:00 PM. March's selection is: "The Girls of Atomic City: the Untold Story of the Women Who Helped Win WWII by Denise Kiernan.  Copies are available at the Information desk.  We will meet on Thursday, March 28th, 2019

Drop in between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM every Friday to build whatever you like with our Duplo collection. Suggested for ages 2 to 6.


• Monday: Terrific Two’s and Three’s (18 to 36 mo.) at 10:00 AM
• Tuesday: Playful Pre-School (3 to 5 yrs.) at 10:00 AM
• Thursday: Wonderful One’s (Birth to 24 mo.) at 10:00 AM


If you’re 65 or older and need help with Medicare or medical insurance, you can sign up to receive assistance on Mondays at 9, 10, or 11 AM. Visits are by appointment only. If these times are not convenient, please contact us to arrange a more convenient time. Counselors are RSVP and APPRISE certified. Wednesdays and Fridays from 11 am to 1pm. 

Tuesday nights from 7 PM to 8:30 PM
Please note that the Tuesday night group is for experienced players (intermediate level or higher) only and they do not provide instruction. (Many websites and online videos can offer instruction if you are interested.) Single deck only; no admission after 7:15 PM so full games are not interrupted.


Now there are two options! Mondays at 1 PM and Wednesdays at 6:30 PM! Break out the yarn and come join us!


Join the group for bridge on Fridays from 1:30 to 3:30 PM. Come in and play a hand of party bridge! Refresh your memory on the rules, meet new friends and hone your skills! Limited to 3 tables.


Play rousing games of Mah Jongg at the library on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 12:15 PM. Please be sure to have your own Mah Jongg card. Call for information.


Socrates Café meets each Monday evening at 7:00 PM to discuss, share, and explore topical issues. No need to register; just come with your thoughts and an open mind.


Teens in grades 6 to 12 are welcome to come to the library for Teen Time every Tuesday afternoon from 3 to 5 PM.
